Once we agreed on a strategy, Victor and his team provided advice on contractors for agreed renovations, tracked their work and answered all of my questions, as I lived out of town. When my spouse became ill, I relied on Victor and his team to organize showings, communicate with myself & the Co op board regularly and generally use their expertise to get both sales completed at the asking price.
