Seller reviewVictor was professional. communicated plan and any detours throughout the process. The house sold quickly once everything was in order. Once an appraisal was done. Victor was committed to getting the sales price. Offers less than the sales price were rejected. He communicated all of this. He pursued all relevant options and eventually accepted an offer at the asking price. Victor is all of the above and more. He's a quintessential Agent. Tano Holmes was professional, polite, courteous and communicated often throughout the process.
