Seller reviewSelling a home can be a tremendous undertaking, however Mr.Victor Banks along with Ms Keisha Lowe at Century 21 Realty made it happen. Mr Banks was recommended to me by a friend and from the first meeting, I knew he was the right choice. He was personable and friendly. He explained the process of selling a property and answered all my questions without me having to ask. Mr Banks was knowledgeable of the market in the area and after completing his appraisal of my home, he sugested a selling price more lucrative than I had set. This proved to be the correct move because my home did in fact sell for much more than I anticipated or thought possible. I met Ms Keisha Lowe a day after Mr Banks' assessment of my home. She deserves a gold star for her dedication in getting my property sold. She did an amazing job of taking professional looking pictures for posting. She scheduled numerous open house viewings and kept me informed. She was accessible and accommodating to my needs. What most impressed me about Ms Lowe was her enthusiasm and her abundance of boundless energy. I'm sure this contrbuted to the selling of my home. The icing on the cake is I submitted my retirement papers and can move forward with the next chapter in my life. I will be forever grateful to Mr Victor Banks and Ms Keisha Lowe.
