Any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently no matter what time or day it was. Even while he was on vacation he still answered all my questions quickly, as I had plenty. I am very happy with my first home and couldn't have been more pleased with the service. Victor listened to my wants and needs and found the perfect home. The best part about working with Victor was his honesty which was very important to me. I thank Victor for the time and effort he spent with me, making my first buying experience as easy as it was! I definitely recommend Victor Pina to anyone and would have him do it all over again with me on my next home purchase!

When your property sits there too long, you cannot get the price you wanted. Give Victor a call and let him guide you. Believe me he did a fantastic job on getting my property sold and finding a new place for me to purchase. I had great pleasure working with Victor. I was downsizing from a house to a smaller townhouse. Victor took note of my concerns and emailed me with the property listing that suited my needs. He never complained about my frequent requests to view properties, and he followed up on getting feedbacks from other agents for property showing results.
