Vikki Wade handled every detail of the sale perfectly and was able to quickly smooth out a couple small "bumps in the road". She kept me informed through the entire process and took care of arranging inspections, surveyors, etc. Since I do not live in the area I had to depend on her to facilitate all aspects of the transaction.
