Vinny went above and beyond for us. There was an issue with the new house we were building and we were unsure of when the new house would be closing. The new house didn't end up closing on time so Vinny had an addendum written to allow us to stay an additional week in our sold home. Which allowed us to figure out what we were going to do And get situated in preparation of our move. Thank you Vinny I really appreciate everything you've done for us. Have known Vinny prior to him becoming an agent. We have used Vinny to buy or sell 5 properties. Will use him again when the time is right to purchase another property. Except for the closing taking so long due to the fact that they are so backed up and the appraiser had some requests Vinny did get our property sold quick and above asking.
