I love it that Vinny is ALWAYS available and extremely responsive. He's very thorough and to the point. As an investor and another professional, I appreciate that he just cuts to the chase and doesn't waste my time. It's really helpful that Vinny paid attention to detail and covered aspects of the transaction that he knew would be important for me even if I hadn't considered them.
