I am glad I was referred to Virginia. The experience as a non prepared 1st time buyer was a lil nerve wracking at first but working with Virginia she made sure to explain every detail that was going on and steps we needed to make to get on the right track. I cannot thank Virginia and her team enough for everything they did. It was a long journey due to some financial issues with our side but Virginia never gave up on us and was ready to go see houses with us whenever we were available. She made the experience very easy and clear to understand. She was always ontop of phone calls following up with everyone so we knew what was going on. I would 1000% recommend her to family/friends.

I have worked with Virginia with three previous properties over the last few years. She is completely devoted to the work at hand...getting the property ready for sale, the sales approach, reaching out to potential buyers, and completing the sale. She works around the clock. She is always available. I am not sure you could want more from your real estate agent. She is the "professional" real estate agent. I could not have chosen a better agent to represent our family business in real estate. No one could find a more accessible real estate agent. I would strongly recommend Virginia Hernandez to anyone looking to sell a home in the Whittier area.
