Buyer reviewBefore meeting with Vivian, I had been severely burnt out from the house-hunting journey. My prior agent was extremely passive, and I ended up doing most of the searching and even researching properties on my own. However, that drastically changed after working with Vivian. She understood my requirements and introduced me to neighborhoods I hadn't considered but met all my requirements. As a first-time home buyer, she reassured me of my doubts on certain decision-making and made sure to walk me through every step of the process. Vivian was also constantly accessible, always responding to my large number of questions within hours of asking, and would always follow up with other parties on my behalf to make sure there have been no delays. I am extremely grateful to have worked with Vivian on my first home purchase and would most definitely recommend her to anyone else looking for an agent!
