After hedging, he brought me the buyer two weeks later and the escrow was the fastest any one in real estate I talked to, could ever remember. Everything was handled promptly which I appreciated. Vugar was also very cooperative in working with me and my current contactor to end their activities and pass the project to the new owner.

Buyer reviewVugar is highly motivated person to be ready for a top performer of his domain field. I feel he is working 24 hours, 365 days (even we worked together from November to January, a holiday time). There is no too small things for him to take care, like a gathering information about market, searching for a cleaner, mover, planning an upgrade as a after sales service etc. For sure to do a big ticket item proactively, he handled a deal with his counter part agent to negotiate. My request to him was sometime weird, like expanding 45 days closing days, but he did. His judgement to do a right things at a right timing is another noticeable skill. We jump-started to hunt a property in a desired area, then get a deal done. Without his insight, I might look for a property insanity long time, or bit to a overpriced listing. It is a definitely right decision to have him as an agent of my side.
