She always answered her phone, no matter what time (during reasonable work hours) and she promptly returned all our emails and texts. She was always smiling and positive and she was very knowledgeable about our sale. She always provided timely solutions for any issues that arose, and efficiently helped facilitate the paperwork process. After the sale went through, she stopped by with a lovely basket of goodies to welcome us into our new home. What a nice touch! We would highly recommend her services to everyone.
