I have been a proud and active member of the Rocky Hill community for over 25 years. Throughout these years, you could often find me in the bleachers, cheering on my son in Little League, soccer, and basketball, or supporting my daughter in soccer and competitive cheer. These experiences have certainly deepened my connection to our communityMy passion for helping others has always been a driving force in my life. I co-owned a small local business in town, where I developed a strong understanding of our local market and the needs of our residents. Prior to that, my career focused on recruiting, managing, and maintaining relationships with employees and clients, honing my skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving.I am incredibly excited to embark on my journey as a Realtor. Seller reviewWe were out-of-state seller and Wendy worked with us to remotely manage the entire selling process. She knew our neighborhood well and referred us to reliable vendors to repair and prepare our house prior to showing and sales. Her advise on pricing was spot on: we had offers within 24 hours after showing and sold our home $20K above asking. During closing she worked with our attorney to resolve issues and we closed without any complications. Would strongly recommend Wendy to our friends and family.

Buyer reviewWendy Doyle produced what no other broker in Connecticut could: a new home that fit all our criteria, both practical and aesthetic, at a great price. None of it was by luck; it was because she knows her customer and she knows her business. She also demonstrated total integrity. We looked in Fairfield. Westchester, New Haven and Middlesex counties; it took us a long time to concede none of them had what we wanted. When we finally narrowed our search to the towns west of Hartford, Wendy took us on, knowing we could be difficult. But with her guidance, we found our new home immediately. It surprised me to learn that a real estate agent acting for a buyer has to market in two directions: She has to find the right product to sell her client and she needs a strategy for selling the deal her clients bring to the owner. Both are second nature to Wendy. We lucked out with her.
