She never presssured me to put in offers unless I loved the home and encouraged us not settle for anything less than what we wanted. She showed us plenty of homes and was always accessible. As we arrived at the address to the open house I watched how Wendy greeted a family who just arrived moments before we pulled up. Her interaction w/ them captured my attention in a welcoming & heartfelt way that I wished it was me. She had this beautiful openness and authenticity that immediately stood out to us. She was eager & honest to share details about the property, neighborhood, schools and surrounding areas. She was knowledge able about the taxes and ordinances of the area. She new what the limitations were with regard to fixing the garage and most importantly this is her town that she grew up in and that she was proud of. She saw me and my family as neighbors even before she was our agent. I love Wendy not only did we get an agent we got a family friend.
