Let make take the hassle out of finding your dream home!I first arrived in Onslow County in 1982 when I was assigned to MCAS New River as my first duty assignment. Throughout my career, I conducted multiple PCS moves but always enjoyed returning to Eastern North Carolina. I haves lived on base, rented/leased off base, bought, sold and even built my own home as my own general contractor. When it comes to understanding the burdens and stresses of a cross country military move and finding just the right housing, I have been there, done that and have the t-shirt!In 2005, after 23 years of faithful service, me & my family decided to call Jacksonville NC home. While relatively new to real estate as a career, I have been personally involved in multiple real estate transactions of my own and over the last year I have been very successful as booth a buyer & seller agent.. I have honed my marketing & negotiation skills over the last 8 years in government sales both locally and nationally.My philosophy on providing stellar customer service is simply-Listen to the customer and treat people the way you want to be treated. He never let on if any of those questions were silly; he always took time to make sure he had answered the questions satisfactorily. His personal experience with General contracting was very helpful considering the changes I hoped to make to my new property, and his recommendations have all been quite solid. I have already recommended him to our daughter and son-in-law for their eventual move. No regrets. Total satisfaction.
