We had Todd Fowler help us. My wife did speak with Wes Hart in the beginning. Wes was very quick to get in touch with us when we called the first time. He was knowledgeable so we went with them. They had Todd help us buy and sell a home and we couldn't be more please witb the job he did. We can't say enough about him as a person or a realtor. He was truly amazing throughout the whole process. The buying process took us about 8 months.....through no fault at all of Todd or Century 21....but the selling process was very quick and could have been quicker as we actually accepted the first offer we got in the end. It was our choice to list the hosue and see what happened before we accepted that offer, but we could have sold it in a couple of days if we hadn't wanted to feel out other offers first. I can't recommend Todd, Wes and Century 21 Sweyer & Associates more than we do. We did notice along the way that some of the listing agents were not quite on the same level as this office in regards to both honesty, full disclosure, and making sure their clients and the buyers were well informed as to the process and the contract we all signed. This made us even more glad that we chose this agency. We dealt with Todd Fowler the bulk of the time. Although we did also deal with Wes a little. We rate them both as excellent in all categories. Todd was amazing on every level listed above. We just love Todd and the job he did for us. We couldn't have asked for any more than he delivered throughout the process of both buying and selling. I just can't say enough what an excellent job they did and how highly we recommend them, especially in this particular area where others may not do the same job or go above and beyond nearly as much. I think whether you are selling or buying a home the end goal for every realtor should be making sure both parties are happy and treated fairly. It became apparent through the process that many realtors in the area may be more concerned with their commission than the actual client and their best interest.

Wes was well known in the neighborhood, and was able to sell other homes in my neighborhood without issue! Wes was amazing! Best experience so far!
