I first arrived in Onslow County in 1982 when I was assigned to MCAS New River as my first duty assignment. Throughout my career, I conducted multiple PCS moves but always enjoyed returning to Eastern North Carolina. I haves lived on base, rented/leased off base, bought, sold and even built my own home as my own general contractor. When it comes to understanding the burdens and stresses of a cross country military move and finding just the right housing, I have been there, done that and have the t-shirt!
In 2005, after 23 years of faithful service, me & my family decided to call Jacksonville NC home. While relatively new to real estate as a career, I have been personally involved in multiple real estate transactions of my own and over the last year I have been very successful as booth a buyer & seller agent.. I have honed my marketing & negotiation skills over the last 8 years in government sales both locally and nationally.
My philosophy on providing stellar customer service is simply-Listen to the customer and treat people the way you want to be treated. When your next mission is either buying or selling real estate, I would be honored if you asked for me to be your ally.

Seller reviewMr. Hart was very helpful with guiding us through the selling of our home. We thought we wanted to put our home up for sale closer to the time we were to PCS (military move), however, Mr. Hart suggested we put it up for sale as soon as possible. So we did and things could not have worked out better. Thanks to Mr. Hart for posting our home all over (the internet) and having the BEST photographer take pictures. Our home had multiple offers in under 14 days of advertising the sale. Mr. Hart is kind (you can tell he has daughters the way he was able to make me feel at peace with the different inspections), he is also very dedicated and has thorough knowledge and understanding of his career. Seller reviewWe worked with Todd for both the selling and buying process. Todd has been a managing. He us knowledgeable, does any and all research he can when he needs to, and if he doesn't know something he doesn't hesitate to ask someone else or find out some other way. He is very likeable, professional, and easy to get along with. We almost always had an immediate response for any questions or needs we had, and when an immediate response wasn't possible he got back with us very quickly. We have been going through the process of selling and buying a home for about 6 months.....that length of time is due to us trying to get things ready on our end and had nothing to do with the realtor. Once we had our end situated and were ready Todd got everything done extremely quickly. He has put up with us, and we can be difficult and I'm sure annoying at time, and he never complained or acted like we bothered him at all. We sort of ended up going with them by chance as we are new to the Jacksonville area, but we couldn't be more happy that we ended up going with them. They have been great and Todd has been amazing to work with!!!!

Then one day, we received a piece of correspondence asking if we were ready to get out from underneath our house and sell it. Little did I know, making that phone call that day was one of the best decisions I've made. Wesley immediately started working with me and before I knew it we were well on our way to selling the house and more importantly the price we wanted to sell for!
