I first arrived in Onslow County in 1982 when I was assigned to MCAS New River as my first duty assignment. Throughout my career, I conducted multiple PCS moves but always enjoyed returning to Eastern North Carolina. I haves lived on base, rented/leased off base, bought, sold and even built my own home as my own general contractor. When it comes to understanding the burdens and stresses of a cross country military move and finding just the right housing, I have been there, done that and have the t-shirt!
In 2005, after 23 years of faithful service, me & my family decided to call Jacksonville NC home. While relatively new to real estate as a career, I have been personally involved in multiple real estate transactions of my own and over the last year I have been very successful as booth a buyer & seller agent.. I have honed my marketing & negotiation skills over the last 8 years in government sales both locally and nationally.

I had received two different offers in the mail to sell my home, and Century 21 Sweyer and Associates was one of those two. I knew of Century 21 because of the big name, and have dealt with smaller real estate companies in the past with little to no luck. The entire process was relatively stress free. Most of that stress was only because this was my first time selling a house, and I was ready to be out from under it. I was very happy with how things were handled. All staff were professional and courteous. I was always contacted in an appropriate time frame, and always consulted on a regular and consistent basis whenever anything about the house, inspection, or repairs came up. I never felt pushed to do anything or make any rash decisions, and I felt very well advised on each decision that I did need to make. I would recommend Wesley Hart and his supporting staff to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home. My house sold in less than 8 weeks-I'm beyond thrilled!!!
