Her knowledge led to several changes in the standard contract to make sure the sell met resent legislative changes re beach side condos. The condo sold within 24 hrs of listing for more than the asking price. Due to the time demands imposed by the buyer, Whitney's efforts to bring the selling of this condo was stellar. In the end, both the buyer & sellers expressed amazement that we actually made the closing date with both parties being exstreamly pleased with the outcome!
