Hobbies
I'm a father of two young children. I try to spend as much time with the kids as I can. Outside of family life and real estate I enjoy the outdoors. Particularly hunting and fishing. Another hobby of mine is wrenching on old muscle cars.

Seller reviewWe first met Will Bredeson about 8 years ago to discuss our home. Timing and market conditions did not meet our needs at that time. Will contacted us every spring after that to see if we were ready to make a move. Then this spring Will called and said he may have a buyer for our property if we were still thinking about making a move. We were going to make a move next year, however Will explained market conditions and that now would be a great time to make the move if we wanted to. He also said he might have a client who might be interested in our home. We decided to go ahead and see what happens. He brought them through and 7 weeks later we closed on the sale of our home for about $50,000 more than I thought we could get for it. With Covid-19 that was great, one and done. Will kept us in mind all those years and knew our situation and knows this area like no other realtor around. Will Bredeson is the man!
