I'd like to start this off by saying I am not easy to work with by any means, but, will was definitely my guy for the job. I bought a house to rent and I way over did it, we went to place a renter and I just got bad vibes so we decided to sell it, we had an offer within 24 hours and a week before the sale the buyer lost his job, I was definitely upset because I jumped through hoops helping that buyer with financing leaps and bounds, will talked me through it and went into over time found a new buyer with more money and less requests. And we closed quickly. Will for his age is definitely more mature than most and don't let that hinder you. Will may not have 30 years of experience but I originally called for his dad and his mother asked if I'd be willing to give will a shot as long as his dad had his hands in it a little bit and I was okay with that, in all honesty we didn't need him, will did a great job all on his own
