They kept encouraging us, even when we thought we were never going to get a buyer. When the first contracted time for closing expired, Will was in constant contact with me, letting me know that everything was going to be fine and not to worry... and it was. Great list resources for getting the necessary repairs made to get our fifty year-old home into the best possible condition after all the work we did in our renovation just a couple of years earlier.
