I recommend Will Catlett for your Philadelphia and Delaware County home needs. He shares his knowledge of home maintenance and provides insights to think about future repairs and renovations in real estate. Despite having other clients he was working for/with, Will always made time to answer my calls, texts and emails. He took the time to get to know my home needs and wants to propose homes that met that criteria. Will was also a good advisor during negotiations. He offered options and we were able to discuss the pros and cons of those options for me to make an informed decision. He is usually early for tours and ready with the home specs to review before and after. I started the home buying process with him in May 2023 and was in my home by July 2028. I am an educator with limited free time. We worked promptly so that I could move over the summer, before the new school year starts. Will works in a timely and efficient manner on all documents. You will not be disappointed if you choose to work with him.
