Buyer reviewWill was very friendly and patient. We didn't have a car, so he would pick us up and drive us around for hours. We never felt pressured to settle for a less than ideal house. He had a keen eye for spotting problems with houses and didn't hesitate to give us his honest opinion on a property. He was very knowledgeable about building techniques and materials which helped guide us in our decisionmaking. Will told us that we would find the right house for us, and we did with his help!

Buyer reviewI would recommend working with Will Catlett when purchasing a home.I'd considered other brokers but they did not seem to have an interest in showing me properties within my budget I suspected because it would mean a lower commission for them. Will did not try to steer me toward higher priced properties he respected my financial limit I'd set for myself. Will showed me a lot of properties before I decided on one he was patient and flexible with my schedule. Thanks to Will the eventual purchase of my home was pleasant and successful.
