Their loss, I bought two properties from her and will be buying and selling more with her help. I'm from out of state and Wilma's knowledge of the area and it's history were extremely helpful. Not only that but she's professional, follows through, is accessable and a very pleasant person to work with. If you're looking for a realtor call Wilma, period.
