Buyer reviewWe had a broker from another company helping us at first, but she really didn't seem to have much interest in our needs and what we wanted. Wipa took us under her wing from the moment she contacted us and was attentive and caring from then on. With a love from Wisconsin we needed someone who could find a great area for us to live and Wipa knew the best places for us to check out. She is top notch. Wipa always kept us abreast of what was going on from the offer to the closing. She took it upon herself to go,to the home to make sure the builders were doing what was needed when needed as we purchased a model home. Since we were in Wisconsin we were very thankful she was our eyes and ears through the process. If we had any questions or concerns, she always took care of them. Wipa was the best broker we have used to date. She knows how to read her customers and get them what they are looking for. If we ever move again, we would want no one other than Wipa!! Nothing else to say! Wipa is all of these qualities and more! We were so lucky to find her to find us a home! Professional and classy all the way through!

Buyer reviewI originally had another agent who quit just before I was to arrive in Fl, coming from Chicago. Wipa contacted me and said she would step in as my agent if I wanted her to. She was very accommodating to work around my schedule. We saw 6 houses the first day and she really listened to our comments while touring the homes. Our next appt. Was 2 days later. To see some new builds. She sent a text the night before our appt. Asking if we could change the order of the homes we were to view as she had found a different location that she thought would work well for us. She was right within 2 minutes of entering the model we knew that was the one. I had taken 2 weeks vacation with the sole purpose of finding a home. We found it with Wlpa's help on our second day working with her so I actually got some real vacation time in. She was also very helpful in getting information for us from Lennar when they didn't respond. I would definately recommend Wila to anyone looking in that area. Der

Seller reviewWipa is an extremely hard worker. She put her full effort into selling our home, and she had our best interests in mind. We always felt like her full attention was on selling our home, even though we know she had other clients and things to do. She held open houses, pitched our home to other agents frequently, and even offered to take our dog out during showings if we were unable to do so ourselves. She is very dedicated and professional, and we are very glad we chose her as our realtor.
