I had started the process with other agents and they weren't very helpful. I met Wipa picking up Girl Scout Cookies and decided I'd work with somebody new. Best decision I've made. Wipa actually sat down with us about two years prior to our decision to sell/purhcase and walked us through what our current property was worth, what we could expect in that process and how she would help as we sought to purchase a new property for our family. She took into account what our lifestyle currently was, what we wanted it to be, budget, community priorities and realistic expectations of buying an established home and negotiating the purchase. She was excellent in taking things step by step, the process will feel overwhelming at times, but she was incredibly encouraging about not focussing on the chaos and staying in the reality of the moment and making level headed decisions when purchasing. We never experienced any pressure to "buy now" she was patient and wonderful at just maintaining a professional and friendly relationship, for when the time was right for us. She made sure we knew the financial commitment and requirements to purchase, so that we were not caught unaware in the approval process. She is well connected with local brokers and business' and it felt great to support local economy on multiple levels. Wipa did a wonderful job advocating for our purchase. There were naturally scenarios that were new to all of us, she did an excellent job of finding the answers, working early and late, keeping us updated on any issues. She was honest about the process. She was open. She was available. She was encouraging. She really cared about how we walked through this experience. She was concerned with how we were going look back on the process. She has an excellent work ethic and is not afraid to go above and beyond, she did last minute requests and showing for us. She never complained and always had a smile and positive outlook. She knows that homes may look amazing online and show completely different in person. She was able to be honest and say "this is not your home" and when the time was right, "this would be an amazing home for your family! I can see you loving life here!" When we found "the one!" Wipa is an excellent communicator. She does an amazing job of working with different personality types, recognizing what is important to each individual and working to find what will satisfy the needs of the buyers as best as possible. She is not afraid to make as many phone calls as it takes and she doesn't back down from asking difficult questions of the seller or the buyer. She is all about open and honest communication. While we personally worked only with Wipa, I know she does have an excellent support in her Century21 Beggins group. She had a wealth of other realtors, back office and office staff to ask questions and use as readily available resources to get answers quickly. What we learned, is that there are plenty of realtors in our area. Plenty of people want your listing. Plenty of realtors that had no idea any crucial information on the properties they had listed. Wipa was willing to investigate, ask questions, to make us feel as informed and comfortable with the decision to purchase as possible. Wipa was more focussed on making sure that we made an educated decision about the property we wanted, than just getting us to the table for a closing. We could have bought any house, she made sure we purchased a home we would love and enjoy for years to come. Wipa genuinely cares for her clients and looks out for their best interest, she is not afraid to advocate on their behalf, we never felt undermined, misrepresented or ignored. We were made a priority, to feel important and treated as family throughout the process.
