Zach Morgan of CENTURY 21 Legacy

Zachary has been very patient through our search for a new home. He has shown us well over 200 houses over the past year and a half and has tried very hard to find the home that would best suit our needs. He was always available and eager for on the spot showing requests. As Zachary made the process seamless, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a painless and pleasurable process.

From the beginning to the end Zach was terrific. Zach was able to expertly navigate all the bumps and turns and made the purchasing process a breeze. I would highly recommend him to all of my family and friends.

Zachary Morgan took care of my mortgage company with its many requests for proofs of the earnest funds even though I had supplied the proof that it was funded properly/legally. He was very professional, despite the mortgage company having a lot of their peoples' hands in the pot so to speak and there were duplicate requests for the same information. I cannot say enough how appreciative I was to have Zachary Morgan there for me to do and explain some of the things I did not quite understand! I felt very confident having Zachary Morgan handle the closing on my behalf since I could not attend. Zachary was a joy to work with whom I had complete trust. I have stated my other comments above, regarding Zachary Morgan except that he is worth his weight in gold and the agency should recognize him for the hard work he did for me. For anyone looking for a real estate agent to work with, I will recommend Zachary without hesitation. The agency was assigned to me by Quicken Loans and affiliates, and this was a different way of obtaining a real estate agency, in my opinion. I felt that it was nice to be able not to worry about real estate agencies who could help with my goals in mind. Your real estate agent who contacted me, Zachary Morgan, was the best! He provided excellent service and went above and beyond in helping me understand the process as well as in viewing properties. There was even a time we had to start from 'square one' when I found out things I could not live with in the early phase of purchasing a home. He really was supportive, knowledgeable, professional and made things so much easier for me. I looked forward to his phone calls because it was always informative in some way. He is a real asset to the agency!! I feel that I was very lucky to have had him for my real estate agent. As stated before, my experience with Zachary Morgan has been exemplary and I am so appreciative for all his hard work that he did. Never did I feel inadequate in the whole process due to his support. He really does deserve special recognition.
