Seller reviewWe needed someone with fresh ideas and someone who knew our area very well. We have zero complaints. ACTUALLY, the only negative is we didn't meet Ashley sooner!!! We had a difficult time selling our house, and not many people coming in for showings. We took it off the market because we lost hope. But then "met" on social media, talked on the phone, and then met in person. Immediately knew we would be listing with her. after our phone call. She had great, and fresh ideas on how to stage and sell our home. She has such an eye for staging and knows what a room needs to sell it. After sitting on the market for 1.5 months with another realtor, Ashley got our home sold in 2 days. Closed in less than a month! She is great, personable, kind, and considerate. She was also honest as well. She didn't sound gimmicky or like a salesperson. She was genuine.

She went above and beyond to help us find contractors in our area too which was very helpful! She made sure everything was done correctly with the city code. We didn't have to worry about anything because she was on top of it all!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
