Babette, Corliss & Rinne of CENTURY 21 Discovery

We had to sell my mother's home after she passed away this past May, since she had a reverse mortgage against her home. Never having to sell a home before, needless to say I was quite nervous at first. After interviewing several realtors, my brother chose Babette Carlson & Corliss Martin as our realtors. I truly believe the good Lord had his hand in this, as we couldn't have been happier with this real estate team. They were very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and set our minds at ease right from the start. We dealt with Babette Carlson 99% of the time. She was very friendly, personable, and a lot of fun, which was very welcoming during this stressful time for our family. She was spot on with the asking price and the final selling price turned out to be even higher than we expected, which was a blessing in itself. Babette also contacted and dealt with the reverse mortgage company herself, which took a huge load off our shoulders. Babette took care of all the details, including recommending the termite company, plumber, and escrow company, which kept us from having to find these businesses on our own. There were many documents to sign, but she uses "Docu-Sign" which makes it so easy since documents were sent to us and we just signed either on our computer or cell phone... Coolest thing ever. She always kept us informed either through phone calls, texts, or emails and was always available to answer any questions. What we anticipated to be a very stressful experience actually was a very easy process thanks to the team of Babette Carlson and Corliss Martin. I would definitely recommend them. Upon the recommendation of our aunt we met with Babette and Corliss. We have bought and sold many homes so we knew what we were looking for as far as agent(s) for our parents home. It did not take us long to know that we did not have to look any further. Babette and Corliss were so personable, energetic, knowledgeable with the type of experience one would want. Babette and Corliss were excellent at all of these qualities. They responded as quickly as possible with text, emails or phone calls if we ever had any questions, concerns or needs. Never were they impatient, but just the opposite, when the stress was getting to us, they had a way of putting us at ease. All those things are harder to find today where they truly are working for you and not solely for themselves. Babette Carlson, Corliss Martin and the entire Century 21 team were such a pleasure to work with on the sale of our parent's home. Having that type of loss followed by an, what seemed like an insurmountable task, Babette and Corliss immediately stepped up giving us encouragement, assistance and through their professionalism, they gave us a sense that all would be fine. Indeed, it all turned out well. As mentioned previously, we have bought and sold a lot of homes, but never had such hard work in presenting the home for sale, advertising, open houses EVERY weekend (even on holiday) and the handling of any issues that arose. We were introduced and greeted with a smile. Century 21 staff let us know they would be there to help us with any and all of our needs.

Babette & Corliss were our dream team for finding our dream home. On our first day with Babette, she showed us around the various neighborhoods of Fullerton, explaining the different home styles as wells as the different school districts. Both Babette & Corliss genuinely listened to our wants, needs, & concerns when looking at various properties. They were always available to answer our (many!) questions, which was crucial for us as first-time home buyers. Having interacted with a fair amount of realtors, I can honestly say that Babette & Corliss were professional, knowledgeable, & excellent realtors - the icing on the cake was that they are both wonderful, kind, & charismatic individuals as well. Selling a home can be challenging, yet with the help of Babette and Corliss, the process moved along smoothly. They staged my home beautifully and made my home look amazing. They also helped me find my new dream home! They handled everything, so I had to take very little time off work. They got me multiple offers and recommended I go with an all cash one that closed quickly and smoothly. Babette and Corliss were a pleasure to work with I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
