Seller reviewBabette and Corliss were excellent communicators. They were always in touch with me in a timely manner and were in touch with my personal concerns in regard to the sale of my property. I could not have had more professional, trustworthy agents. I went through a trying ordeal and they were there for me the whole way. Because of the assistance of Babette and Corliss Martin, my overall experience was tolerable. I thank them for their cooperation with me throughout my experience. I never did business with Century 21 Discovery before, but if I had to do go through another sale, if all the agents are of the calabre of these two agents, I would definitely choose Century 21 Discovery again. Seller reviewI would definitely recommend Babette and Corliss. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and got the job done. Getting the house ready is the only thing that took some time, but that was on my end. They were able to get all of my upgrades to the house put through escrow which was a tremendous help since I was trying to stay as liquid as possible until escrow closed. I do not think I would have been able to sell the house if they hadn't done that for me so I am really appreciative. When it hit the market we had a buyer within a few days so it sold very quickly. Once again, I would recommend Babette and Corliss to anyone selling a house and I hope to use them when I buy my next one. Thanks again!
