Seller reviewI really was not concerned about my home getting sold, but I wanted service that was above and beyond. Since I live out of state, this could have been a very stressful transaction, but it was the opposite. Babette and Corliss were always available and moved the process along very quickly. They brought solutions, not problems. I really appreciated working with them and I highly recommend them.

Seller reviewBabette & Corliss guided us through the process remotely - as we were selling our property from across the country. They were very clear about the steps, very approachable, responsive and prompt with all steps of the process. They went over and beyond in arranging local professionals for bringing for preparing the unit for the sale. On their own accord they arranged for staging the place (since our renter had moved out). The staging was done very tastefully and brought out the full potential of the unit. During the listing, they even knocked doors in the community to generate leads and prospects. The open house received overwhelming response and we ended up getting five offers. The negotiations, counter-offers and contract paperwork was delivered and completed very quickly. The expedited the escrow process and we closed only after 5 weeks after listing. They even went to our HoA meeting to petition on our behalf! Thank you Babette & Corliss.
