She was very knowledgable about the local housing market and clearly outlined what we could expect in the process of putting the house up for sale. Everything surrounding the sale of the house was dealt with in a very prompt and professional manner. The online pictures of the house that were part of the marketing package looked really great and I'm sure helped bring in prospective buyers. I enjoyed working with Nancy. She worked really hard to make sure we got the best deal possible on the sale.
