Seller reviewCheryl, is one in a million, you can see it in her eyes , a ago getter and CARING,... A promise made to you, to see the sale,of your house through to the end;with her TEAM , Melinda,the photographer, and her husband & also office staff .. THEY have the formula... WE had lingered a year& a half , waiting while nothing happened for the sale . Cherly has the energy, the knowledge, and the love of what she does each day But especially the willingness of her experience to tell it like it is , What repairs need to be done , what the current market, will bare for a timely sale , and YOUR willingness to know , she will not waste your time or hers. The house went on the market with all the painting &repair; suggestions made & completed at the end of March2019, and went to closing at the end of May2019 Thank you again Cheryl and your team , you truly are One in a million!!!! MS&MB Cheryl tells it like it is , from her experience, I guess in the end it comes down to how badly do you want to sell your house, or are you willing to LINGER to hope , for more of a monetary gain... Its your choice, but when, you can have experience first hand , how can you beat that .... In all my years of buying and selling Homes, I have never met a real estate agent with her hand on the pulse, of selling, communicating and knowing the market as it changes... Her communication skills bring the process down to realistic earth.....

Seller reviewHad house on market before and got very few people even looking at it - made a phone call to and met with Cheryl - she did her thing and the response was sort of overwhelming with the amount of people not only looking at but interested in buying - these buyers were not the only ones that put a contract on house - the first deal fell thru - ( at no fault of Cheryl or myself ) would highly recommend her.
