Cheryl was instrumental in providing guidance to get our house ready to sell by analyzing the current trends and then formulating a plan to reach our goals. I used Cheryl for both transactions- selling our existing house, and buying new house. From start to finish, both transactions went smoothly- due to Cheryl's persistence in holding all other parties accountable. Cheryl Bare is the best real estate professional in the state of MD. I would never use anyone else for a real estate transaction.

Most things she took care of personally and appeared to just happen. Cheryl was also very prompt on actions and responsive to communication, she was always available. We are very glad that we found Cheryl for the sale of our home. Her input was spot on and the home sold quickly and for full price!

Seller reviewCheryl Bare and her team are the best in the business. We set up to interview three agents and stopped halfway through the 2nd interview with Cheryl and canceled the third and got started with Cheryl and the team. It moved very quickly from there-two weeks later Cheryl had us at model home show status and after only four days with a for sale sign in the yard and home listed we had the offer that moved our home in record time $6K above list!!! Cheryl and her teammate, Melinda used every bit of available technology to sell the home and kept us in the loop making the whole complicated process seem easy.
