Seller reviewCheryl Bare showed up prepared to give us a market evaluation and helped us to set the price of our home with all the upgrades. We had many high-end upgrades in our home and other agents were unable to price our home based on upgrades other agents said we probably priced ourselves out of the market with out upgrades in our area. Cheryl not only encouraged us to price our home right where we wanted, we got an offer within 24 hours of being on the market. We also had over 12 showing in the first week (our home was placed on the market the first week of January) these 12 showings were with snow on the ground! The photos of our home taken by her photographer were stunning! The feedback from the showing was immediate and the responses to our questions were within hours sometime minutes. I recommend Cheryl Bare because she knows the Waldorf market, knows the appraisal process in the area and has excellence options to help the prospective buyer to get financing. You have to consider all the factors, it goes beyond just putting your home on the internet but understanding the appraisal process and the lending process and getting your good prospective buyers from looking at your home to making an offer and closing on that offer on time without issues! That is Cheryl Bare!

Cheryl priced the house appropriately, explained what renovations would be profitable, sifted through 11 offers in one week, recommended the top offer, and expertly negotiated throughout the deal while constantly keeping us updated. Cheryl loves what she does. She is a perfectionist doing all that is possible to insure the best outcome for her clients. She was always available to answer our many questions. She has the skill and desire to make all of her clients feel like each is the most important. The house sold above asking price and we had the contract within a week. Very happy,!
