Seller reviewCheryl sold my mother's house in 2015 and her knowledge, dedication, work ethic,and consideration was of the highest standard. Cheryl priced the house appropriately, explained what renovations would be profitable, sifted through 11 offers in one week, recommended the top offer, and expertly negotiated throughout the deal while constantly keeping us updated. Cheryl loves what she does. She is a perfectionist doing all that is possible to insure the best outcome for her clients. She was always available to answer our many questions. She has the skill and desire to make all of her clients feel like each is the most important. The house sold above asking price and we had the contract within a week. Very happy,!

Seller reviewCheryl and her assistant Melinda did a great job. They were very thorough,communicated theough phone and emails as well. They did a great job. She exemplifies what you want in a realtor. the process was very smooth from meeting to put the house up on the market, deciding on a price and finally putting it up. However the amount of lost time due to the buyers dedlaying closing/ sett.lement 9 times got to be ridiculous, since i KNEW cHERYL IT WAS NOT AN ISSUE BUT THE LENDER COMPANY WAS A MESS EVEN AT CLOSING.
