Just from living in the area for a number of years, it is clear that Chris Jacobs sells a lot of homes. What I didn't know until I began working with him was how much work he actually does. He became personally vested in selling my property. I was able to leave my home fully staged and leave in the middle of winter and Chris handled everything, from checking on my home in my absence to keeping me informed with weekly calls and he was realistic and informed. He always asked me on the calls if there was anything he could do for me, to let him know. He handled the inspections, repairs, and closing, all in my absence. I always felt like I knew what was going on. Chris always made me feel that selling my home was a top priority for him when realistically he had others to sell in the same neighborhood. Chris is the probably the 5 or 6 agent I have used in my lifetime. There is no one that makes the kind of personal commitment and used actual statistics and proven techniques to sell my home.
