Seller reviewI initially listed my house with another Realtor for three months. They were terrible. In three months they only had 3 showings and only had three Realtors at their open house (I asked where are your Realtor colleagues and friends?) I then retained Chris Jacob of Century 21 Affiliated. Super job right away with review and modification of pricing, photos, house staging, advertising and so on. Once listed It was shown about 20 times in two weeks with seven showing on one Saturday. Ended up with 3 offers. During a painful and drawn out wait for buyers to get the mortgage in place, take care of some inspection issues, and so on, Chris was always on top of it all. Very Professional. Hire Chris if you have a property in or near his sales area.

Seller reviewChris, when first engaged, told us about his approach and communication approach to us as sellers. Because we moved out of state, we relied on him to help manage all aspects of the sale process. He recommended at home manager that we engaged to help stage and present the house in the best possible way. He kept us informed on other transactions that were affecting our property value in real time. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone considering either a sale or purchase of a home.
