Seller reviewKaren Close and her colleague Candee Currie are true professionals. They quickly sized up our property and proposed alternative selling strategies, cogently explaining the pros and cons of each, including when to put it on the market and for what price. They quickly earned our confidence and trust. Our most promising buyer was sincere but problematic (his first home purchase). Sparing my wife and me the hassle of dealing with him, they politely and professionally (with the utmost patience) walked him through the home-buying process. Equally, they kept us informed at every stage of the sale, informing us when and what to do from our end -- in all, a painless transaction for everyone.

Seller reviewThis is out third time using Karen Close and Candee Currie. Not only they are great realtors, they are just wonderful people all around. They are very knowledgeable in pricing and what the market wants at the moment. During the initial visit, they made some simple yet very constructive suggestions on improvement. They have great recommendations with quality businesses to execute all our needs and they handled everything for us. Our property was under contract in less than 48 hours being in the market. It was sold over asking price, right before thanksgiving when the market tends to be quieter. To put it in perspective, our neighbor with an identical unit that's been listed for close to 2 months and it's still sitting while ours was finalized in 2 weeks from listed to closed. I highly recommend Karen and Candee and would def use them again!
