Seller reviewThere are a narrow set of circumstances under which I personally will actually use/engage an agent. I usually prefer to do things myself directly. That being said, this was an out of area transaction as I am in another state. I bring this up because when dealing with things remotely, a lot of help is needed from the agents side. Mike has excelled in this regard. He just "gets it done". He finds solutions to problems that come up, and hangles them in a way that is honest, economical, and speedy. Really, what more can you expect? So would I work with Mike again? Absolutely. Should you consider working with Mike? Absolutely, ESPECIALLY if you are an out of area client. This is my second transaction with him in 7 years, and both have been exceptional in all aspects. Thank you Mike and to your team for all your help. Onto the next one :)
