Seller reviewDavid Taylor is a superb professional with outstanding people skills. He does his "homework" about the property and the area, but listens to his client and assesses the property for its own uniqueness. He is easy to communicate with and does not leave you wondering if he will get back to you. David has many marketing techniques that I found creative that helped find a buyer quickly. The condo sold fast. I would not hesitate to call Dave if I am ever in the market again to buy or sell. I would also recommend him to friends and family. I usually shy away from recommendations, however Dave truly works for his client and cares.

Buyer reviewi had a plan to sell our house and buy the one we wanted. ...this sounds easy but i can assure you it is tricky to accomplish. dave's wealth of experience made this tricky transaction and balance of "timing" seamless. i would not have chosen anyone else with my familys house. we had found a farm to buy.....then dave showed us the one we eventually purchased. im glad he did because it was a much better fit. dave always answers the phone when i call.........other brokers dont. i already have dave working on my other real estate dealings. he gets it done.
