Buyer reviewDavid Taylor was very personal and knowledgeable. He made our home buying process easy. We are first time home buyers who didn't know what we were doing, and Dave made himself available at all times of the day. We also moved to a location that we weren't fimilar with and Dave gave us good insight on a lot of things around the community. I don't plan on buying another home for a while but when I do; David will be my guy.

Seller reviewAs an extremely busy out-of-town trustee and executor of my parents' estate, selecting a properly experienced agent for the sale of their custom home was critical. After my introductory meeting with David Taylor, it was a no-brainer to agree to work with him given his general enthusiasm and understanding of my specific needs. As an attorney, it was extremely important that I could trust David. This enabled me to overcome practical obstacles presented by the distance between my home, my parents' home, and where my business travel would take me. I relied upon David's advice across the board, even in selecting the right people help prepare the property for sale. Perhaps the most important thing about David was his ability to manage my expectations during the entire process. He navigated me through the idiosyncrasies -- and downright annoying peculiarities -- of the Northwest Indiana real estate market. He also has a talent for nicely disabusing prospective buyers of their unrealistic demands and expectations. In short, David is the consummate real estate professional. I would recommend him to anyone.
