He made sure that every small detail was done perfectly so much so that I did not have to worry about anything. For example, he provided me a list of home inspectors that could inspect the home in a short time frame. His professionalism was displayed at the closing when his wife/ partner, Heather was at closing. I witnessed their attention to details because everything was complete and the closing went very smooth with no concerns or questions. We met several times to view several different homes on different lakes and each time, I felt very comfortable with Eric. I trusted his opinion regarding the quality of the home and the value. I have been blessed on connecting with Eric and will recommend him to anyone I know purchasing a home in the area.
