Seller reviewMy wife and I live near Boston Mass., a real estate agent for Century 21 we had become friendly with was able to resurch Erica out for us. She actually reached out to her by phone. My mother in law who lived in Richmond Texas just lost her live in mom. My mother in law was not in good health. If it wasn't for Erica I don't think we could have gotten through this ordeal. Trying to negotiate property repairs, schedule people to remove junk and donate furniture can be a dounting task. If it wasn't for Erica coordinating contractors to come in as well as providing us with phone numbers to contractors I have no idea what we would have done. Erica was able to provide us with samples of property sales in the immediate area. She was able to help us set a solid price for my mother in laws home. Everything went quickly after that.
