Seller reviewAfter a bad experience with another local realtor, Erica was referred to us by a business associate. Erica was 100% on her game from the first minute. Lots of energy, but not pushy. Super friendly and knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. All the things you want in a realtor. We live out of town and she was very understanding and went out of her way to make it easy for us. On a scale of 1-5, I would rate Erica a 10! I work in the real estate business also, and have been a realtor vendor for 20 years, so I have a good idea of how a realtor should work. I will definitely refer Erica in the future.
