Buyer reviewI know Erica's desire to be great at whatever she does, so there really wasn't a question who would be my broker. From our first call together, I had no doubt she would go above and beyond. We went through multiple negotiations and back/forth periods with the seller. Each time she was attentive, understanding, informative, and worked with me as a team for the best move forward. During the entire process, she was professional and direct when she needed to be, which I believe aided in us getting the house. I am a business-to-business sales manager and this was my first home buying experience, so I definitely wasn't an easy client to work with. Without Erica there to understand me as a person first, then guide the ship, I truly don't think we would've gotten the house I wanted all along. Last, when I say "we" and "us", I mean the team of myself and Erica, because she made it a team experience the whole way. She will get business from my referrals.
