Buyer reviewTracey made the whole home buying process smooth - even though it was a stressful market and time in our lives. She was patient with every question - and I'm kind of known for asking an unnecessary amount of questions - this was indispensable to me! She was quick to respond when we needed her. We leaned on her through every part of the process and she's even continued to keep in touch after closing when we've had questions. Seller reviewthis is the third of four properties lynn norusis has helped me sell. each time the result has been even more impressive than the previous sale, and the first sale was topnotch to begin with. lynn actively and brilliantly managed extensive renovations to this property prior to this sale, producing superb results. the property was only open for 4.5 days, sold for more than ten percent above the asking price, and closed ten days later. one neighbor quipped that the pre-sale interest in this property was so high due to lynn's marketing efforts that we should have hired a traffic cop to direct traffic near the house. full credit to lynn and her team for the breathtakingly wonderful final sale price, well above recent local comparative sales. the neighbors were both stunned and quite envious of lynn's results. there is no benchmark or standard that lynn and her team didn't far exceed. awesome experience for me made possible by her.

This was our first time home buying and we were just diving in with Google knowledge but Tracey and team provided us with practical step by step support in our purchase. The team was always there to show us houses even if a short notice is provided.
