I always knew what was happening because they would call to explain it, answer my questions and get my approval. I always knew where things stood because they kept me in the loop from the beginning. They could give a master class in excellent customer service! I don't know much about real estate, so could have easily become overwhelmed sorting through purchase offers and understanding the technical issues involved in the sale. But Tracey drew up a spreadsheet that made things clear and really helped me compare the offers and make a decision. I felt that because of their long experience and expertise in the field, I could trust Tracey and Ingrid's recommendations.
