Seller reviewTracey Barrett provided service leading to the successful sale of my father's house, which he and our family lived in for 53 years. She provided key insights on the condition of the home and what repairs would prove helpful in marketing it to buyers. She also knew the prospective market buyers very well and what kind of buyer would be most interested in bidding. Her analysis proved correct as we evaluated, with her help, the best offer among several generated from her marketing efforts. I would certainly recommend Tracey for any home sale in the Northern Virginia area.

She had wonderful contacts/contractors that made the process super easy. Her and her teams efforts took an enormous amount of stress out of the process selling and buying a property at the same time, which was really appreciated. Once Latoria became a realtor, she began sending advertisements through mail and door-to-door flyers. When I knew I was ready to start the process of selling my home, there was never a doubt in my mind I'd use Latoria as my realtor. Latoria is personable and friendly, helpful, even with things I didn't know I would need help with, knowledgeable about the entire real estate process, reassuring, trustworthy and very communicative. She supported me through the entire process, from that initial consultation up until closing and is still helping me after the transaction. She even walked my dogs for me and allowed me to use her office space for my pups and I when showing my home. I sincerely could not have done this without her. She set realistic expectations and helped me exceed those every step of the way. The process can be stressful but not when you have a Latoria!
