Joe was a pleasure to work with. Very attentive, extremely responsive and all around very professional and a delight to work with. Anything we needed he always addressed immediately and he was very helpful throughout each phase of our process. Joe also did a great job of explaining things in layman's terms, throughout all of the phases of purchasing and selling a house. One of the things I appreciated the most, was his ability to get things done and get them done quickly. We used a previous realtor for our first 2 home purchases. We had a feeling and decided to do something different and call Joe. We've known him since college and saw how successful he has been and how fast he is growing and honestly we wanted to be on that train for the buy and sale of our homes.
