Seller reviewMeredith has a positive and engaging personality which makes it enjoyable to work with her. My wife and I never felt pressure of any kind from her. She gained our trust and full confidence at the outset, and our feelings never wavered on that point. Likely due to her experience and professionalism, Meredith did what many other agents fail to do: She showed sincere respect for us and our property and never bothered us with things she could take of herself. The last thing we wanted to hear was negatives about our property how it didn't measure up to comps and therefore we needed to make more improvements, how the market was slowing down, how high interest rates were, etc., etc. We never got any of that nonsense from Meredith. When we had questions and reached out to Meredith, she responded immediately--regardless of the day or time. Most important of all: She walked her talk and delivered.

Seller reviewMeredith knows what she is doing! We felt very comfortable with her and she made the process as easy as possible. The market was not in a good spot because of interest rates but with patience we found our buyer! Meredith was amazing with negotiating with the buyers and very knowledgeable! We will definitely use her again!

I thoroughly enjoy the honesty, knowledge, and overall hospitality that Meredith has shown my husband and I throughout this fun process. Buyer reviewMeredith Hannan & Kristin Moody were 15 out of 10! They bent over backward for us. When we found our dream home, there was already one more offer on it, they helped us figure out the best way to position our offer and what price to go in at to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer over the other one. We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. If I texted them a question or an update they would often respond in 2 minutes or less. They both have a wealth of knowledge and unique viewpoints. When you choose to work with Meredith & Kristin (and I HIGHLY recommend you do) they will make contact with you quickly and invite you to meet anywhere that's convenient for you to discuss what you want, deal breakers, price ranges, neighborhoods, etc.. after you finish, they will give you their opinion/feedback on what you said and ask follow up questions and suggest you check out things you might not have considered, etc. We will eternally be grateful that they helped us find our beautiful home.

Her work ethic is unmatched, her patience is unending, and her ability to navigate such an unhinged market is truly remarkable. She is sincere, genuine, and trustworthy. Any one of those last three are a rarity in the real estate agent community, yet she possess all of them. My husband and I would recommend Meredith above anyone else in the Virginia market.
